- Joining our dynamic team, you will work alongside a supportive group of experienced providers, nurses, and support staff in our team-based clinic while developing and managing your own patient panel.
- Clinic is one of two primary care practices at a critical access hospital that is recognized by NCQA as a Patient-Centered Medical Home and is also a certified Rural Health Center.
- Athena EMR is utilized.
